Nix created the residences at 80|50 with a meticulous, bold design that captures the essence of the California mountain lifestyle but takes it to new heights by mixing natural textures, shapes and colors for a classic, elegant, refined look. Nix used indigenous materials such as slate, fieldstone, hard woods, copper, seeded glass, leather and metal in fresh and unexpected ways. Old and new, geometric and organic, sophistication and simplicity were joined effortlessly to create residences of a timeless, restful quality.

Nix hand-selected sumptuous furnishings, unique objects d’art, beautiful lighting and fixtures to deliver quality and uncompromising style. Clean, uncluttered spaces and generous picture windows invite the spectacular beauty of the Mammoth landscape to flow inside.
