Destination Club Management, LLC (DCM) is an affiliate of DCP International, L.L.C., which created the first private Equity Residence ClubSM at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. DCM was selected to manage Fisherman's Cove after numerous evaluations of other premier service companies in the industry. DCM specializes in providing management and consulting services to member-owned private residence clubs located in premier resort and urban destinations that span North America. DCM's role will encompass staff employment and training, financial reporting, coordinating third-party service providers, facilitating reservations and valet services, coordinating member amenities such as spa services and maintaining the member website, along with other responsibilities. DCM's senior management staff has extensive knowledge in the hotel, resort, private residence club and property management industries.
